Determine Boundaries:
Keep youth in church, active and participating, as well as integrating them fully with the adults of the church. Adventist
Youth features:
- Devotional and Educational: Youth Ministry Training Course, game nights,
- Witnessing: AY Service Volunteers, Singing Band, Youth Rallies, Community Services, AY Honors, Fundraising for
a cause.
- Recreation: Camping

- One activity in each area will be planned per quarter.
- Contact Conference about AYS and collect ideas. Verify details on
the annual Youth Rally.
- Junior, Earliteen, and Youth Instructors will each receive a Song Book that will be used for class, as well as
AYS activities. Annabelle will make copies of selected songs to be used for gatherings
and classes. Copies need to be made before the 23rd of October to
have ready for the HAYRIDE Singspiration led by Annabelle.
- Plans about camping in San Diego in early January.
November
- 20............................... Pie Auction (Outreach)
- 21-29.......................... Purchase goods earned from the Pie
Auction Fundraising. Prefer
Sundays to make the purchase to include the YOUTH. Sandy will
contact Julie and Miriam for details on the Community Service.
- 29............................... Picnic @ the Park – Potluck,
games (Social)
- End of November...... Pass out Baskets of goodies.
December
- First Week.................. More time to pass out Baskets of Goodies
- 10............................... Bible game and First AYS Meeting.
Prepare copies of AYS description, goals, boundaries, and mission statement. Ask
Youth for ideas on socials, outreach, and study.
Long range ideas:

the 10th of December. Need Youth inputs and ideas.
*Made a note not to discuss
ideas with Youth in order to encourage new ones to be brought to the first AYS Meeting on the 10th of December.
